机床操作
1-1、工作前仔细检查机床，工作区域有无异物，机床等的状态，在确定无误后方可工作或启动机床。

1-2、机床工作时，禁止手或手指伸人工作区域。
hands or fingers can\'t touch the work area when the machine is running.
1-3、绝对禁止超越本机组功能的操作，禁止对机组自行改造、拆下安全装置及不遵守使用说明书的违规操作，对由上述原因造成的人生事故，本公司不负任何责任。
absolutely forbid any operation that exceed this rolling mill\'s function, never rebuild the mill by yourself, forbid taking down the safety device and any violation operation not in accordance with the operation instructions. our company will not be responsible for the personal injury caused by the reasons described above.
1-4、禁止自行调节电气箱内设定的电气参数，禁止更换不同规格型号的电气元件，不准打开安全保护装置。
forbid regulating the electric parameter of the electric case by yourself, forbid changing the electric components of different specification types, forbid opening the safety device
1-5、控制板，变频器，电动机及电气元件等内部有高压接线端子，非常危险，禁止触摸。
inside such as control panel, frequency converter, the motor and electric component are with high-voltage wire connecting terminal, so it is very dangerous, prohibit to touch.
1-6、若需打开电气箱门、按钮面板、变频器等装有电气元件的地方，必须在切断电源后，由专业电气人员打开。当需要通电检查的时候，应有专业电气人员在场，做好充分的安全保护措施，方可进行检查，禁止在通电的情况下，拆装任何电气元件。

1-9、操作者应经常注意机床的工作状态，发现异常声音和振动，必须及时停机检查。
